Dan has been an avid athlete since childhood. He has participated in natural bodybuilding, rowed at an international level, and currently competes in cycling races. Dan has also been lifting extensively for over 13 years, continuously progressing in strength, hypertrophy, and calisthenics
Dan started with designing lifting plans for club and Varsity sports teams in college, and began doing custom individual plans in the late 2010s. Since then, Dan has ensured many satisfied clients have been able to reach their fitness goals, even throughout the pandemic, with whatever time and materials they had available.
